The invention of CCPM as well as the introduction of inexpensive, yet sophisticated radio systems, like Futaba's 7C, 8U, and 9C, Hitec's Eclipse, as well as JR's XP6102 and XP8103; made old-fahioned linkage helicopters obsolete almost overnight. Designed from the ground up as a CCPM model, the Tiger 50 is designed with the strenuous loads imposed by an aggressive 3D-pilot in mind. In fact, the Tiger features pre-built linkages from servo to swashplate, and through to the blade grips. They deliver that silky-smooth and precise transfer of motion between servos and controls. But the best part is they're the correct length for a full-on switchless-inverted 3D set-up - right out of the box - no adjusting! | |

Also cool is the fact the Tiger 50 can go from wild to mild. That's because the mixing arms can be tuned between 2-positions, so this beast can be tame while you learn to fly, but feral when you’re ready to handle it! Notice how all the linkages are at a symmetrical position - this is the mid-stick 0-degree (for a full-on switchless inverted) set-up. It's how the Tiger 50 comes - right out of the box!
